The fruit was picked in early February and is exotic with ripe flavours of peach and melon

Vinification: The properly selected and de-stemmed grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press

The result is a very fine wine of considerable complexity

Wooing Tree Chardonnay 2019 savigny-lès-beaune-1er-cru-aux-guettes and dried fruitsThe wine shows delightful aromas of grapefruit and apricots with white peach and hints of vanilla on the palate. This wine is best served slightly chilled. This Chardonnay was made from grapes grown on our family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and barrel fermentation in French oak has given a wonderfully balanced wine with rich texture and fruit.
