Cusumano Shamaris 2023 clos-de-tue-boeuf then tannin's gripShamaris is our Grillo. A Grillo wine from Monte Pietroso, on sandy soil. The sea is not too far away, the name indeed refers to it mare means sea in Italian. Its the wind from the north, which often blows here, that brings the sea. The altitude of 400 metres above the sea level results in a different Grillo, more complex and elegant. Sustainable wine. Cusumano is certified SOStain and VIVA.
