Vintage Parliament "Chocolate City" Casablanca Records Promotional T-Shirt Record Proof four issues and AmongChocolate City is the third record by iconic funk band Parliament, which featured George Clinton on vocals and Bootsy Collins on bass. The album was released in 1975 on Casablanca Records. The record went to #18 on the Billboard Soul Charts.
