It states that firefighter Erhard Voll from Burkardroth (northern Bavaria) has received the Firefighter Honour Badge 2nd Grade for 25 years of service. The document is dated to Berlin on August 21, 1940 and carries a facsimile of Chief of the Presidential Chancellery of the Fhrer and Chancellor, Otto Meissner.
