Green apples and citrus flavours are enhanced by zingy acidity and fine bubbles. Light and fresh, this wine finishes with just a hint of yeast. It is the ideal aperitif. Th e first juice of the vintage is reserved for the Habitat brut cuve. Current release Habitat brut is always a cuve of older and younger vintage wines so as to optimise both freshness and complexity
