Four piece construction, insignia in silver gilt with red, white and black enamels, centered upon a nine pointed silver star base, each star point with a central peak and incorporating two ribs butting the insignia, all of which is mounted to a nine pointed silver exploding star convex base, each star point with nine emanating rays, with a single point between each star point and supporting the
