Germany, HJ. A Deutsches Jungvolk Bann 491 Shoulder Strap GTRexclude Instituted in 1896 by Queen(Deutsches Jungvolk Schulterklappe). Constructed of black rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered white Bann number of 491, perforated with a reinforced buttonhole, unmarked, measuring 23 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
