A well preserved Kriegsmarine dark blue board cap for Enlisted ranks, constructed of dark navy blue wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which gently slope toward the front. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a dark blue wool backer bearing a machine embroidered golden yellow Kriegsmarine eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, measuring 60
