topped by a red enameled banner bearing a silver inscription of “ZA OBĚTAVOU PRÁCI” (“FOR DEDICATED WORK”)
on 6 and 7 September 1951

Accompanied by the miniature in silver gilt, with ribbon bar, all contained the original case with foam base and clear lid.
