It is dated to Hanau (near Frankfurt am Main) on November 29, 1939 and is signed in black ink by the commander of the 57th Infantry Division, Generalmajor Oskar Blmm (18841951), a recipient of the Knights Cross. Measuring 148x209mm, near very fine condition with light scuffing, some creasing, and one folding crease.
