Constructed of a light brown card stock binding with 36 paginated interior pages, the cover indicating a conversion to a Kriegsmarine issue Gebhrnisbuch (Salary Book), named to GEORG ELLWARA, who was born on 13 April 1904 in Danzig, issued 14 July 1943, with handwritten entries indicating primary service in the Hamburg region, showing that Ellwara was a recipient of the Blockade Runner Badge (12 February 1942) and the
