Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Norfolk County, Ontario with mobilization headquarters at Simcoe under the authority of G. O. 151, December 22, 1915. The Battalion sailed November 1, 1916 under the command of Lieutenant Colonel A. C. Pratt with a strength of 21 officers and 665 other
