Vinden Wines Chardonnay 2022 tellurian A blend of vintages exclusivelyThis Chardonnay was sourced from our Somerset Vineyard and Oakey Creek Vineyard. The fruit was handpicked and pressed with the juice transferred directly to large format, tight grain, French and Austrian oak and a concrete pyramid, where the wine underwent fermentation. During the seven month levage, btonnage was conducted to build complexity.
