& up to 14 days post ferment maceration
The final blend used different percentages of each of the vineyard parcels to achieve the layers of flavour and tannin profile desired

Sevenhill Cellars Open Range Grenache 2021 Size::1 Bottle Winemaking: Little Giant Shiraz isLight red in colour. A pretty aroma of strawberries, musk, purple daisies and fresh rain in the desert. The palate has a seamless quality, it is light and fresh yet has a fine satin structure that does not overshadow the energetic fruit. It is young wine and it shows signs of developing well in the medium term.
