A Red Cross Appreciation Medal, III Class Republic of measuring 48In silver, the obverse presenting a nurse caring for two individuals, the reverse with Thai script, measures 27. 1 mm (w) x 42. 7 mm (h inclusive of ornate integral suspension), worn on original ribbon with red enamelled cross device, very dark patina, minor wear, in extremely fine condition.
