Germany, Wehrmacht. An Azad Hind Medal, Bronze Grade With Swords Archive impressed “BERGER(Medaille des Ordens Azad Hind in Bronze mit Schwertern). Constructed of bronzed zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a central raised inscription of AZAD HIND, topped by a lions head, above a lily, the reverse bearing a central raised inscriptions of INDIENS FREIHEITSKAMPFE (INDIAS FREEDOM STRUGGLE) within a latticed background, topped by a crossed sword clasp indicating combatant issue, unmarked,
