A very well preserved pair of Heer second pattern tropical breeches, constructed of an olive khaki tan cotton twill. The waistband features an integrated belt, consisting of a heavy cotton twill strap set through a hollow channel, with both ends emanating at the front. The left side features magnetic metal attachment claws for an adjustable fit, flanked by a single belt loop. Also affixed to the waistband are two reverse
