Pequenos Rebentos Alvarinho-Trajadura 2024 goisot experimented with the Garnacha TintaVinification: After manual harvesting and transportation to the winery in small boxes (18kg 20kg), the bunches were de stemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 4 hours, preceded by pressing light and decantation for 48 hours. Fermented at controlled temperature (14 15C) for 15 days. Tasting Notes: Wine with a greenish color, citrus, mineral and slight vegetal aroma.
