Germany, SS. A First Pattern Totenkopf Visor Cap Insignia visually-hidden worn on thin original ribbon(SS Mtzenabzeichen). Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of a first pattern, Danziger style, jawless Totenkopf, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 33. 28 mm (w) x 28. 12 mm (h), weighing 2. 9 grams, in near mint condition.
