It's been in Sicily for six hundred years, long enough to be its own local clone, and with the right care and feeding it makes a stunning wine in Francesco's mountain vineyards. The nose begins with peaches and cream, a dash of salt and a scoop of Italian herbs. The palate follows up with stone essence, apples and roasted peaches and lime zest. Incredible
