Turkey, Ottoman Empire. An Order Of Osmanieh, Iv Class Officer, C.1918 Newly Listed and Territorial Decoration(Nishan i Osmania). Instituted in 1861. Multi piece construction, in silver gilt with red and green enamels, inscribed in Arabic "Relying on the Assistance of Almighty God, Abdulaziz Khan, Sovereign of the Ottoman Empire" in Gold on the obverse centrepiece, reverse centrepiece with a trophy of arms with the year AH 699 (1299 1300 AD, the year of the creation of the Ottoman Empire), measuring 63. 8 mm (w) x 80. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its crescent moon
