A fine quality manufacture and very well preserved 1935 1938 issue Military Merit Cross Second Class Neck Cross; in silver; the outer layer of the cross with red enamels, and the inner layer with white enamels; with a central enameled medallion featuring a gold double headed eagle; the reverse plain; on a loop and broad ring for suspension from its period original neck ribbon; measuring 51. 35 mm (w) x 55. 77 mm (h); weighing 34. 6
