Three piece construction, in silver gilt with red, white, light green and dark green enamels, the pin maker marked "PV", along with being hallmarked with a bird's head with a number "2" (900 silver fineness) to its right, measuring 59. 2 mm (w) x 59 mm (h), vertical pinback, tiny chip evident in the red enamels at the upper left of the flag, otherwise the enamels are intact, near
