Saxe-Gotha/Altenburg Ernestine. An Ernestine House Order In Gold, Grand Cross, C.1900 Auction Archive presumably as originally worn(Sachse Ernestinische Hausorden, Grokreuz). Issued 1864 1915. The set consisting of 1) A Breast Star (Bruststern); an eight rayed star with alternating sets of gilt and silver rays; the obverse with a Gold Maltese cross with white enameled arms and ball finals, along with a central Gold medallion depicting a green enameled crown, surrounded by a light blue ring of enamels, inscribed Fideliter & Constanter (Latin Faithful and Steadfast) in golden
