Peninsula Panorama Chardonnay heidsieck liquorice aromasBrilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the edges. Peach, melon and citrus aromas emerge out of the glass with some green apple notes also evident. Fruity peach, ripe melon and apricot flavours overlay a delicate vanillin spice back drop. Fleshy mouth feel finishing dry with a lick of brisk acidity enlivening the fruit driven conclusion.
