A rare and very well preserved 13th Erivan Grenadier Regiment Caucasian Corps Officers papakha, constructed of a pressed and reinforced wool shell. The exterior is fully lined along the side walls with a layer of thick black lambs wool. The crown is topped by a dome which rises approximately 5 cm from rim to apex, and which is fully lined with blue wool. A cross executed in red piping overlays the dome, with the centre inset by a brass stud
