A Hessen Naval Bicorn Named To De Weigand certificate_of_authenticity including his RCNVR Attestation FormReinforced frame with a brushed black beaver felt exterior, trimmed along both top edges with a 45 mm wide band of moire black silk ribbon, with raised insignias on the flattened platforms either end, consisting of six rows of large gold wire bullion with gilt cyphers of Grand Duke Louis on their blue wool centres, the right side with two strips of fine gold coloured bullion wire, finished with a gilt button illustrating the cypher of Grand Duke
