Constructed of gilded tombak with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an HJ membership badge situated within a gilded border, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, stamped with an award number of 30557, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code 15 for Ferdinand Hoffsttter, Bonn, measuring 16. 60 mm (w) x 28. 78 mm (h), weighing 3. 3 grams, a scarce early and primary award example in
