Astrolabe Wines Aromatics Range Marlborough Pinot Gris 2024 raventos-de-alella 20% Pinot Blanc and 20%Astrolabe was the name winemaker Simon Waghorn gave his new venture because of its historical links with the Marlborough region and the connotations of exploration and adventure. Their Pinot Gris is a fine aromatic wine focused on minerality and structure rather than overt fruit opulence. This has resulted in classic styled Gris with stone fruit and pears on the palate balanced with fine acidity.
