One titled AH, constructed of a card stock binding with 132 paginated interior pages featuring images documenting the rise to power of the Fhrer, from his initial campaigns with the reconstituted NSDAP, through to his electoral victories in the early 1930s, culminating in the early years of power through 1935, supplemented with lengthy typewritten inscriptions, published in
