Wwii Italian Army Officer's Dagger Auction Archive larger one (366mm) for HesseWWII Italian Army Officer's Dagger Measuring 300 mm in length with the scabbard on, this dagger exhibits beautiful crossgraining, exhibiting the usual in and out runner marks, with a sharp edge and a very sharp tip, with some of the plating having worn off on both sides of the ricasso. The blade measures 173 mm in length and rating very fine. The handle is aluminum with black celluloid plates affixed on both sides, one side with a bronze embedded
