This Nebbiolo is really fresh and ready to drink due to the brief permanence in oak barrels and the aging in steel. The aroma has a fruity and floreal bouquet with raspberry, bluebetty, dog rose scents. The taste is dry, hot and quite soft, with light tannic notes and harmonic acidity. It is ideal if drunk with second meat courses, medium
