In silver, with white enamelled rays and a blue and red enamelled center piece on the obverse and a blank reverse with an enamelled floral suspension. This medal measures at 42. 8mm (w) x 64. 3mm (h to top of suspension),weighs 24. 8 grams, and is on its period ribbon with a hook and eye.
