St Hallett Planted 1919 Shiraz 2015 750ml chateau-gazin Petillant NaturelDeep crimson with soft brick hues. A bright and lifted bouquet with lovely floral notes, combined with hints of white pepper. Complexity develops further in the glass with dense blackberry and dried herbs. A very elegant and balanced wine. Delightful palate weight, more medium than full bodied, with layers of dark fruits and dark chocolate, with lovely herbal notes of dried bay leaf and a flinty mid palate. The tannins are firm, silky and polished
