Grown on a gentle slope just outside the Mediterranean coastal city of Nimes in southern France. Aromas of black fruits, spices, and leather, with notes of freshly shaved truffles in the background. The mouthfeel is silky smooth, with a pleasant presence of soft, round tannins and hints of red fruits.
