The cap is unmarked and measures approximately 198 mm (w) x 252 mm (l) x 72 mm (h)
1945 and signed in blue ink by Oberfeldarzt and Chief Medical Officer of the Reserve Military Hospital I Bayreuth
and white enamels in the shape of a cross pattée with arms in rounded ends with white-black white-alternating enamels

In silver gilt with blue, white and red enamels, gilt centrepiece rings, painted obverse centrepiece, dated "1883" on the reverse, measuring 41. 5 mm (w) x 67. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its crown and laterally pierced ball suspension, chipping evident in the blue enamels on the centrepiece ring on the obverse, otherwise the enamels are intact, frayed original triangular
