The nose is pure and very fresh with predominantly citrus aromas along with hints of green apple and floral blossom

As the crop arrived at the Debussy cellar

Fruit was hand-picked and destemmed directly to the Yarra Yering half-tonne open-fermenters

The Yard ‘Channybearup’ Sauvignon Blanc moselle 4% Cabernet SauvignonComplex and full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc with lightly oaked characteristics providing delicacy and richness. Good length and the flavours building progressively through to the finish; green pea citrus and kiwifruit are the contributors.
