it was planted in 1996 and has thin black clay topsoil on bluestone and honeycomb basalt above limestone bedrock

Mars Needs Moscato NV daniel-bouland Whole-bunch pressed (no saignee)Our Moscato, is created by blending three different grape varieties. Firstly the base Muscat of Alexandria to give a luscious sweetness. Then Muscat Petits Grains (Frontignac), which gives the wine structure and balance. And finally a little Sauvignon Blanc provides some lovely grassy citrus notes, and a clean refreshing finish.
