A First War Austrian "Gold For Iron" Donation Badge 1914-1915 Newly Listed attached above on padded ribbonThree piece construction, silver iron cross centred upon a bronze gilt with white enamelled insignia bearing a crowned two headed eagle, on a silver gilt base inscribed "Gold gab ich fr Eisen 1914 1915", 36. 8 mm x 49. 2 mm, maker marked "W & A" (Winter & Adler) on the button hole attachment, intact enamels, extremely fine.
