This year block 7 was again the stand out. Bright pale straw with a lifted floral nose of jasmine and rose petals. On the palate there is an immediate hit of lemon sherbet that extends seamlessly into a linear minerality. Beautifully balanced with great length. An austere, yet elegant Eden Valley Riesling from a difficult, but exceptional vintage.
