Ruffle shrug Hoods We sew this onto aAvailable in all store colours with your choice of snap colours. Shown in metallic red (out of stock), silver, black, and sand (beige) PVC. Uber ruffle shrug with snap front, double collar and double sided sleeves. If you would like the decorative neck bow as shown in the last two sets images for an extra $25 please use the options above! You can wear it in between the two collars for a dramatic look or on its own.
