F., replacement ribbon with a few staple holes, light wear to medal, remains in near extremely fine condition. Footnote: William Reginald Stennett was born in Southsea, Hampshire in October 1896. In 1916, he served as a sub lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve. As of April 1, 1918, (when the RFC and RNAS amalgamated), he was serving as a lieutenant
