Two piece construction, in gilt metal with light blue, dark blue, yellow, white and green enamels, number impressed "7387" on the reverse, measuring 38. 7 mm (w) x 39 mm (h), intact enamels, very light contact, original ribbon with pinback, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Naval Brilliance Medal is awarded for contributions in command or combat, for conspicuous gallantry and those wounded on duty.
