This Pinot Gris is drawn from vines in various plots in their Domaine averaging 35 years old

The vines are planted on sand and clay soils over red basalt bedrock

On the palate, brimming linear flavors of grapefruit and pomelo are followed with rounder red fruit notes on the finish. Flavors and aromas are marked with a crushed stone like minerality. 100% Pinot Noir which was partially crushed with the remainder whole bunch pressed."
