Bulgaria, Kingdom. A National Order For Civil Merit, Iv Class Officer, C.1920 GTRexclude A Kriegsmarine Submarine War Badge( IV CIII). Instituted in 1891. Type II with Imperial Crown (1908 1944). In silver gilt with red, green and white enamels, measuring 47 mm (w) x 75 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, intact enamels, large rosette on its original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, red dimpled paper exterior on all sides, stamped with the Imperial Crown and inscribed " IV CIII." in gold coloured ink on the lid,
