A fine example of an early star consisting of an eight armed mulit ray star in toned silver, obverse consisting of a Gold cross pattee with white enameled arms; the center with a red enameled medallion inscribed In Trav Vast (Latin In Loyalty), surrounded by a Gold ring; vertical pinback with a functional hinge catch assembly, with the addition of two downward pointing stabilizing stays to the left
