Tim Smith Wines Mataro/Grenache/Shiraz 2025 Size::1 Bottle fish and shellfishSmells like a freshly opened box of liquorice all sorts, which is no bad thing. Plums, cherries, peanuts, a little brown spice and a pretty rosy perfume too. Medium bodied, juicy and fresh faced, all brown spice and plum, light grainy tannin, well managed acidity and spiced plums in the aftertaste. Theres a slight hint of oak too. Really good, interesting drinking here. Barossa does this style so well.
