Dormilona Blanco roj and aging potentialThe Semillon is organically grown from the stunning Yungarra vineyard on the Yallingup hill side. Simply hand harvested in the cool morning & the whole bunches popped directly into the press. Simply cool clean tank ferment & left on full lees for four months before racking to bottle. Only minimal sulphur at bottling
