Balgownie Estate Premium Cuvee Sparkling Brut Size::1 Bottle situated roughly equidistant between AuxerreA blend of Chardonnay drawn from our vineyards in the Yarra Valley and Bendigo. The berries were hand harvested at the optimal balance of fruit and acid and were immediately transported to the winery for processing. The wine was partially fermented in seasoned oak barrel and partially in stainless steel tanks with 30% undergoing extended lees contact to increase the complexity in the finished wine.
