Constructed of off white card stock, the obverse pasted with a large portrait of AH standing in front of a microphone and preparing to deliver a speech, flanked by a quote from Mein Kampf applied directly to the card in multi coloured stylized script, reading DER SIEG EINER IDEE WIRD UMSO EHER MGLICH SEIN, JE UMFASSENDER DIE PROPAGANDA DIE MENSCHEN IN IHRER GESAMTHEIT BEARBEITET HAT", the lower edge marked with an inscription
